Installment Agreement — Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-04 · Governed by the laws of Malaysia

I agreed that:

  1. Maturity Period. I agreed that the installment plan shall have a fixed maturity period of ten (10) months commencing from the date of purchase (“Maturity Date”).
  2. Payment Obligation. I agreed that I shall ensure the full outstanding balance is paid within one (1) calendar day following the Maturity Date (“Grace Period”), and time shall be deemed of the essence for all payment obligations.
  3. Default. I agreed that failure to settle the full outstanding amount within the Grace Period shall constitute a payment default under this Agreement.
  4. Consequences of Default. I agreed that upon default:
    1. The payment link and access to further payment facilities may be suspended or terminated immediately;
    2. The order shall be cancelled automatically without further notice or liability;
    3. The Company reserves the right to release, reallocate, or dispose of the product at its sole discretion.
  5. Refund Policy. I agreed that in the event of cancellation due to default:
    1. I shall be entitled to a refund of ninety-two percent (92%) of the total amount paid;
    2. The refund will be credited to my designated cash wallet within a reasonable processing period;
    3. The remaining eight percent (8%) shall be retained as reasonable administrative, processing, and reservation charges, and shall not be considered a penalty;
    4. This arrangement is made in accordance with applicable Malaysian consumer protection principles, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
  6. Limitation of Liability. I agreed that the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from cancellation or termination, to the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law.
  7. Finality. I agreed that the Company’s decision regarding default and enforcement of this Agreement shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws of Malaysia.
  8. Governing Law. I agreed that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Contracts Act 1950.
